Smooth and Sweet with a Bit of a Twang
This living coconut yogurt is so simple to make; it not only tastes amazing by itself but it can be used as a base for many other recipes like smoothies, parfaits, pies, dressings and so much more.
All it takes is a little elbow grease to open up the young thai coconuts, separate the soft white meat from the sweet electrolyte water and then get your probiotics and your are ready to go.
I like to make in small batches so that the texture gets really creamy. My favorite way to consume this is with fresh raw vanilla and a few handful of my favorites berries. I LOVE strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries, oh and raspberries!
