Dan Millstein, a dear friend, teacher, and elder of mine is so consistent at showing me both ends of the stick or both ends of the spectrum of whatever we are talking about that I think I might be getting smart. The pure power of meditation is a vital key to allowing everything magnificent into our life experience. Meditation is a time of stillness; it's a time of letting go and letting God. It's a time of realizing that there is nothing to do, and nowhere to be except now here. Developing and practicing a daily ritual of meditation is possibly one of the most important things when it comes to experiencing TRUE FREEDOM. There are many types of meditation, and they are all wonderful for different reasons. Experiment and find a method that resonates with you and stick to it. You will become closer to WHO YOU REALLY ARE and begin aligning with all that your life has caused you to become.
