Free Things For Radiant Health and Longevity

This is an ever expanding list of the amazing FREE things we can do daily, weekly, monthly, yearly for Radiant Health and Longevity ~ or for whatever we want to create as it relates to our health and well-being. Nature has provided us with so much abundance - water, minerals, air, energy, food!

Let nature take away our aches and pains and regenerate and awaken the cells of our bodies - more powerfully and joyfully than ever before.

List of Free things:
  • Sleep enough for your own personal needs and get good quality rest.
  • Meditate 15 minutes minimum daily. More if you can. Some people meditate for 2 or 3 hours a day. Some for 15 mins. Every moment, every breath counts.
  • Drink half your body weight in ounces of the best water you can get (preferably geothermal spring water).
  • Stretch your body daily: legs, arms, back, neck - something, anything - watch babies and animals - they STRETCH daily.
  • Hang 3 times a day for as long as you can from a bar or tree branch or jungle gym or whatever.
    (Start with 1 min 3 times daily and then continue working your way up, in whatever time-frame i feels right for you.
  • Listen to your favorite Music or song.
  • Dance - even if it's by yourself - this will make you feel good!
  • Take a walk for at least 15 minutes - preferably longer...like in a park or in nature or even in your neighborhood, some people walk around a store or park far away and walk more to wherever they are going.
  • Men, retain ejaculate naturally. It has been said in from many traditions and ancient teachings that it is vital for a man to retain his sperm-chi and circulate it throughout the body...maintain and build the energy and bring it up the spine for at least 30 minutes with your partner and direct that creative energy into parts of your body or prayers. And after 30 minutes, if feel to release it can be a much more balanced experience for all.

  • Make love... <3
  • Read inspiring books and books on healthy and wellness, herbs, the body, the mind, the spirit!

  • Grounding on the earth - just stand on the grass or dirt for at least 15 min.
  • Wild food foraging ...do your research and learn from someone who knows what they are doing.
  • Find your own natural spring water: www.findaspring.com
  • Laughter is sooooo vital - watch funny movies, read jokes, and develop your sense of humor.
  • Plant a garden in your backyard, front yard, porch or in your neighbors yard - anywhere...just start planting seeds that will grow into food that you can EAT - for FREE!!!
