And beyond the oxygen and even more important is the vital life force within the air we breathe...this is the key element to longevity, energy, power, and connecting with our true identity.

There are two forms of exercise and the internal form is the most important, as every cell of the body is being oscillated or exercised. This brings great joy to your cells.

If all you do is breath more consciously, stretch a little everyday, get a rebounder and start oscillating those cells, your life will be transformed.
