Is there TOO MUCH going on in your Life?

The Biggest Disease that people all over the world are suffering with, is the DISEASE of “too muchness.” Western cultures tend to be over stressed, over fed, over weight, over worked, over medicated and the list goes on and on...can you relate?

Here in the West where our doctors are supposed to be treating people to relieve their stress they are actually more stressed themselves! ~ lol ... In fact, Doctors have the second highest suicide rate and alcoholism rate in the U.S.!

I am not one to focus on "negativity;" I actually just found that to be a bit humorous. But it all makes so much sense, because the system currently in place here is based on one thing, yup you already know: MONEY.

But you know what, that's okay...cause everyone can have what they want - and there is nothing wrong with making money... I am not trying to take anything from anyone. I'd rather just keep moving forward and create a new system - and more accurately reestablish the foundation we were given from the beginning of time - the Art and Science of Life.

If we are wanting to heal our bodies and overcome major conditions and emotional and relationship challenges - WE MUST approach these situations HOLISTICALLY.

The first factors that create disease are factors of the mind or intelligence. This is so HUGE and widely over-looked. As practitioners, we will never give Medicine* unless it is accompanied by a mind-body-spirit formula.

What we are following are simple yet profound UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES of LIFE that can be expressed in a very a precise format. There is a road map that has been laid out for us to maintain our CONNECTION with SOURCE and to stay radiant, vibrant, dynamic and healthy...

Are you one of those Cilantro lovers...

I sure am! I can juice it, put it in smoothies, salsa, soups, dips, dressings, salads and even deserts! It's an incredibly healthy, non-bitter, green herb that will CLEAN YOUR BLOOD, DETOXIFY your LIVER, IMPROVE your VISION and sooth your soul.

How to pick your cilantro:
Just make sure to get organic, dark, rich green cilantro with a nice fresh smell - preferably from your local farmers market or health food store. Be sure to avoid slimy leaves.

As I've mentioned you can incorporate cilantro into all sorts of amazing recipes.
Here is just one of my favorite:

Sweet Corn Cilantro Salad (makes for 2)

Ingredients:
3 white corn on the cobs shucked into a medium sized bowl
1 medium sized tomato (or several cherry tomatoes)
2 Avocados (cubed pieces)
1 bunch of fresh green cilantro1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Salt to taste
Black or Red Pepper to taste

Directions:
Simply mix all the ingredients into your medium sized bowl and serve in your favorite salad bowls! Enjoy! Especially fun and delicious on a hot summer day for a mid morning snack or as one of the dishes for lunch.

The Vehicle: A simple yet profound mediation/prayer - "The Mudra of Light" aka "The Teacher of Peace Mudra" and "The One Minute Miracle."

What will it be like when 108 Million people around the planet have united in consciousness and in joy to practice a simple one minute mediation...

Just like the expression "Namaste" came from a seemingly horrible situation - the Indian people were dealing with a plague years ago, so for the safety of their health they would not hug or touch, and therefore they came up with a way to still acknowledge the Infinite Spirit in the each other - the Teacher of Peace Mudra came from a seemingly traumatic situation.

My mentor and good friend, Dan Millstein, was with a buddy of his in Sao Paulo Brazil getting ready to visit a juvenile hall type of prison. The boys they were about to visit were all around the age of 14...it was the night before their visit to the prison as they sat in meditation and contemplation of "WHAT THE HECK CAN WE DO FOR THESE BOYS?"

They didn't even have toothbrushes or beds to sleep on...they all slept in the same very small room on top of each other...As they asked for guidance on what to bring these boys moments later they GOT IT!

"I am Light, I am Light, I am Love, I am Beauty, I am the Sweet Truth, I am See only the Enlightened, I am my Joyful Thoughts, Which I join together as one, and offer it to God as my Gift, My Will and Thy Will are the Same, As I life From my Heart, and Give All My Love to the World." - Wow! This one minuted meditation came to them and THEY HAD IT!

They ended up sharing this simple yet very profound experience with those boys and it forever changed their lives...a now for over a decade this meditation has been shared throughout prison, jails, churches, yoga studios, parks and many other places - REMINDING PEOPLE OF WHO THEY REALLY ARE!!!
