I sure am! I can juice it, put it in smoothies, salsa, soups, dips, dressings, salads and even deserts! It's an incredibly healthy, non-bitter, green herb that will CLEAN YOUR BLOOD, DETOXIFY your LIVER, IMPROVE your VISION and sooth your soul.
How to pick your cilantro:
Just make sure to get organic, dark, rich green cilantro with a nice fresh smell - preferably from your local farmers market or health food store. Be sure to avoid slimy leaves.
As I've mentioned you can incorporate cilantro into all sorts of amazing recipes.
Here is just one of my favorite:
Sweet Corn Cilantro Salad (makes for 2)
3 white corn on the cobs shucked into a medium sized bowl
1 medium sized tomato (or several cherry tomatoes)
2 Avocados (cubed pieces)
1 bunch of fresh green cilantro1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Salt to taste
Black or Red Pepper to taste
Simply mix all the ingredients into your medium sized bowl and serve in your favorite salad bowls! Enjoy! Especially fun and delicious on a hot summer day for a mid morning snack or as one of the dishes for lunch.
