Hello everyone. I love this site, the principles and the whole concept. I just have some questions, since I live on the other side of the globe :) (in Estonia).

First of all, is it possible to get the enzymes from Europe somewhere, or do I have to order them from the US?

And how about the Kangen water? Is it necessary if eating raw food? It would be interesting to know if Lou is using it himself.

Lastly.. I would really love to learn more about these principles and how to practice them, but I can't come to workshops that are held in US. Is there any plans on having online workshops? Any coaches here in Europe? Lou has a booklet, but is there any publications that go a bit deeper?

Sorry this is the last question :)... Where do these principles come from? I'm a yoga practitioner and a teacher and I would love to know how this concept has been created. Who are the mentors Lou has briefly mentioned in the videos with Dan the Man (Life-regenerator)?

If anyone knows the answers to these, or if Lou or someone part of this concept sees this, I would really appreciate it.
