My experience has been that, life can be easily understood when we overstand or are aware of the Power of the THREE Aspects of Life at any given moment.

We see it in Chinese Medicine with the Three Treasures, we see it in the Teachings of Christ as the Holy Trinity, in Ayurveda as the Three Doshas, and in Yogic Anatomy the Three Gunas, and the list goes on...

Today I had an insight that the Vital Life Foundation is yet another Epic Platform to experience in thought and in practice the Holy, Real, Unlimited, Christ-Conscious, Star Dust Flower Light Beings that we are.

Here is a deeper vision of the THREE ASPECTS of LIFE relative to Vital Life Foundation:

VITAL:            Chi, Pitta, Son, Tamas
LIFE:               Jing, Vata, Holy Ghost, Rajas
FOUNDATION: Shen, Kapha, Father, Sattvas

The Four Principles of Life is an instrument or platform by which we are continually remembering that we have the power to put our gunas (strings) through our sutras (beads) and resonate from our core to consciously be a part of the cosmic song of life that is eternally vibrating joyously and omnipotently.

Anyway, these are all just fun words - might be a lot of gobely goop for some, however, look within and listen for the consciousness of THREE. It's not just you and me, it's aslo we.

How do you feel about your skin?
You've got lots of it....about 8-10 pounds to be exact, and people are mostly concerned with the skin on there what? FACE - Right...we all want to Look Good.

So to give you a vital little secret that we love to use, pretty much on a daily basis, is the pretty well known green pokey plant called Aloe Vera.

This plant is not only good for the skin, but because of it's high silica content, along with
enzymes, minerals, anti-microbials, amino acids, and polysaccarides (beneficial sugars).

Aloe is also great for the hair, nails, bones, eyes and teeth. When used internally it's great for digestive issues such as gas, bloating, and more severe conditions like ulcers, gastritis or Crohn's Disease.

So what are the best ways to consume it?
There are a couple of ways to consume aloe. You can either buy it from your local health store in the vitamins section, or you can often times find it in the form of the whole leaf in the produce section.

We always go for the whole leaf, as fresher is better! Right? Once you get your fresh leaf, you simply fillet it with a knife but cutting the green skin off (careful of the spikes!)

Sometimes we blend it up in our smoothies; sometimes we make a cocktail with it by blending the aloe gel inside the blender with grapefruit or orange and lemon; sometimes we just cut it up and through in our mouths and chew it up and swallow.

Most people don't use the aloe skin. However, it does have it's benefits as well...so we will leave that up to you. Just always be sure to cut off the spikes.

What does the color of life smell like...
I know that's sort of strange questions...but it's fun.

Some of you may say like flowers, or fresh air, or the sweet and sour smell of a morning Lemon Ginger Blast!


To me Life is the smell of a dark chlorophyll-rich green liquid. Mmmmmmm I love it!

Green Juice is probably one of my most cherished medicines...It's alkalinizing, mineralizing, hydrating, enzymalizing, detoxifying, energizing, and it's probably doing things inside my body that are Sooooo beneficial that I will never even know about.

If you have the opportunity to drink GREEN JUICE - DO IT!
Your body will LOVE YOU and THANK YOU for it.

When Green Juice started to get popular it was usually strictly green vegetable juice. Nowadays a Green Juice is pretty much any sort of juice that has Greens in it...some like it strong, some don't.

Here is one of my favorite Juices to make:
  • 3 apples
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1  bunch of dandelion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 - 6 inches of Fresh Ginger Root (I LOVE SPICE - So watch out on the Ginger!)
  • 4 Stalks of Celery
  • Cut with 1/4 water to dilute the juice and allow it to get into the system easier
There are so many varieties of Juices to make...and I find that putting Greens and doing very little Fruit Juice makes my body feel POWERFUL and VITAL!

You can change out the greens with any other green veggies that you like, such as kale, parsley, collards and others.

This is a basic detox bath that I learn from my dear brother and mentor, Lou Corona. Lou has shared some of the most useful and practical knowledge I know, that has assisted me in accelerating the cleansing and healing process just as the wise elders, shamans and healers of the world have done for ages.

Basic Detox Bath Recipe: 

  • 2 cups of magnesium-rich Epson salts (aluminum-free baking soda)

  • 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper

What are the Benefits of a this Basic Detox Bath?

After Lou shared the recipe with me he said, "take the water as hot as you can stand it, and what's going to happen is, your going to be sitting inside of alkalinized water, it's going to open up your pores, draw toxins out of your system, relax the muscles, and it's going to make you feel so much better!"

Take it as hot as you can stand it and stay in as long as you can without getting dizzy. If you can handle 5 minutes, do that. If you can handle 15, do that. Because if you are toxic, you WILL go into detox mode and could get dizzy, and you won't be able to get up.


So take it easy and LOVE YOURSELF through it.

And when you are all finished just rinse off with cold water.

I am so thankful to have found him again this lifetime to share such precious moments of truth and peace. A few times a week I take a stroll over to his abode to sit with him in the Zen Garden and just BE together...we laugh, we cry, we make fun of each other....we have a blast - usually.

Did you know that oxygen is the key element to having excellent health?

If you are facing health issues or simply want to rejuvenate your mind and body, I highly recommend incorporating the methods outlined in this article into your life.

Low levels of oxygen are the primary cause behind ill-health, including cancer, fatigue, memory loss and depression. And wherever pain is present in the body, oxygen is greatly deficient.

Of course, we naturally breathe in oxygen without even thinking about it, getting enough to sustain our lives. But to live a life with incredible health, physically and mentally, much more oxygen is required.

Most people today have shallow breathing due to a lack of exercise, not breathing properly, having sedentary jobs such as working at computers, and a lack of fresh air. The majority of people use only 25-33% of their lung capacity! This starves the body more than if it’s deprived of food robbing it of its most vital, invisible nourishment – oxygen. Without sufficient oxygen the body cannot properly utilize the food we eat and drink, no matter how nutritional it may be.

While our bodies require many daily nutrients to thrive, oxygen is the single most important nutrient taken into the bodyand it’s FREE! Increasing the level of oxygen intake is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

Here is a short list of what Oxygen promotes the body to do:

• Creates energy (by nourishing the cells)
• Digests and assimilates food properly and powerfully
• Metabolizes fat and carbohydrates
• Helps the body to manufacture hormones, proteins and other vital chemicals
• Regulates pH levels
• Clean and detoxify the whole body
• Destroy harmful viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungus
• Maintain a strong and healthy Immune System• Calms the mind and relaxes the body


Harmful germs and viruses live off undigested food, drawing extra power from toxins/contaminants found in the bloodstream. Incorporating daily methods to increase oxygen levels can prevent this from happening.

Now onto the good stuff!
Here are three simple methods to increase levels of oxygen in your body:

1. A quick way to increase oxygen levels is through using essential oils, topically and/or internally. I do both. Essential oils are the highest oxygenating substances known to man derived from various parts of plants and trees, which are loaded with oxygen.

Applying essential oils to your body greatly increases oxygen levels, removes toxins, destroys viruses/harmful bacteria, and strengthens the immune system all at the same time. 2. Practicing Power Breathing by taking deep slow breathes in the nose and out of the mouth while sitting or standing. Power Breathing conditions the lungs to expand and release poisonous carbon dioxide gases that otherwise deposit back into the bloodstream, causing increased toxicity. Again, it’s FREE! I also apply essential oils while practicing Power Breathing to optimize my oxygen levels. I love my oils!

3. I incorporate a variety of exercise. My favorite is practicing Laughter Yoga. It not only increases oxygen levels but rids the body of stress, leaving you in an incredible state of bliss. The endorphin release you experience is far greater than any drug, alcoholic beverage, or pain medication available! What’s not to like?

Is there TOO MUCH going on in your Life?

The Biggest Disease that people all over the world are suffering with, is the DISEASE of “too muchness.” Western cultures tend to be over stressed, over fed, over weight, over worked, over medicated and the list goes on and on...can you relate?

Here in the West where our doctors are supposed to be treating people to relieve their stress they are actually more stressed themselves! ~ lol ... In fact, Doctors have the second highest suicide rate and alcoholism rate in the U.S.!

I am not one to focus on "negativity;" I actually just found that to be a bit humorous. But it all makes so much sense, because the system currently in place here is based on one thing, yup you already know: MONEY.

But you know what, that's okay...cause everyone can have what they want - and there is nothing wrong with making money... I am not trying to take anything from anyone. I'd rather just keep moving forward and create a new system - and more accurately reestablish the foundation we were given from the beginning of time - the Art and Science of Life.

If we are wanting to heal our bodies and overcome major conditions and emotional and relationship challenges - WE MUST approach these situations HOLISTICALLY.

The first factors that create disease are factors of the mind or intelligence. This is so HUGE and widely over-looked. As practitioners, we will never give Medicine* unless it is accompanied by a mind-body-spirit formula.

What we are following are simple yet profound UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES of LIFE that can be expressed in a very a precise format. There is a road map that has been laid out for us to maintain our CONNECTION with SOURCE and to stay radiant, vibrant, dynamic and healthy...
