The Full Yogic Breath
Take a minute to do it,
You can't refuse it

3 Steps to Balance Body, Mind & Spirit!
1) Inhale deeply through the nostrils & expand the belly.
2) Continue to inhale as the rib cage expands.
3) Finish inhaling & draw the breath into the upper lungs & chest.

When the lungs are full, hold + exhale slowly through the nostrils in opposite order in your own perfect timing...and continue for better and better results.
